At harvest time, the honeycombs are carefully opened and the honey is drained and collected. Once that is completed, the bees will seal the leftover honey inside the combs with a wax. This sealing procedure is called ?capping?. The wax or ?capping? is collected from the honeycombs and is used in our production of our organic beeswax bars.
